In Matthew 12 the disciples of Jesus are found picking heads of wheat to eat because they are hungry. The problem is, it happens to be the Sabbath. Jesus is confronted by the Pharisees about his disciples actions. He uses the opportunity to reveal Gods' heart behind why the Sabbath was given.
