His journey for us led Him to His death. His journey for us led Him to a tomb, but, His death on the cross and burial in the tomb wasn't the end of His journey! We know that He rose again three days later. Even though Jesus’ journey to the tomb wasn’t really the end of His journey, it is the part of the journey. You See, Jesus’ journey to the tomb began long before His crucifixion, long before His last trip to Jerusalem. It started even long before He was born of flesh and dwelt among us! Now, as with every journey, the journey to the tomb starts at the beginning.
